The staff were friendly and did an excellent job on my two dogs. They groomed my dogs just the way I wanted and asked if there was anything different they could do in the future. I am extremely pleased with their caring of my dogs.

I took my golden doodle puppy (Mags) in for her first professional grooming. We have been doing it ourselves, but didn't have the time. Mags is scared of new places and people. Mackenze did a great job helping her adjust and took her time. She called more... me with an update during the process because I was also nervous. I would recommend her to friends and will be bringing our other dogs there in the future. less...

My dog wasn't able to get his appointment due to his curly fur that we brush daily. The person working there said, "Because it's so matted I'd want help so can we reschedule?" Not even taking a minute to meet him or pet him or anything, just a quick more...glance at him. He is a usually calm, less than 20 pound dog, he's old and practically teeth-less due to age and previous owners' care of him (he's a recuse). So due to that, I chose to leave 2 stars for not getting the service I scheduled for. less...
